Refund policy

At Lax Dude Dad LLC, each custom lacrosse head is individually dyed, strung, and/or configured to create a unique product for the customer. Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales of custom products are final.

Custom Orders

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom-dyed, custom-strung, personalized, or made-to-order lacrosse heads once work on the order has begun.

Colors and designs may vary slightly from photos, digital mockups, or customer-provided reference images. Dye results can vary depending on the head, plastic, original color, dye process, and other factors. These minor variations are part of the custom dyeing process and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving requested colors, designs, stringing specifications, and other customization details before work begins.

Ready-to-Ship Products

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, ready-to-ship dyed and/or strung lacrosse heads are also final sale.

Lacrosse equipment is designed for athletic use and can experience scratches, scuffs, discoloration, warping, string wear, mesh wear, cracks, breakage, or other damage during normal play. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or we made an error in completing your order, please contact Lax Dude Dad LLC within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue.

If the problem is determined to be the result of an error by Lax Dude Dad LLC, we will work with you to make it right through repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

Manufacturer Defects & Warranties

Lax Dude Dad LLC is not the manufacturer of the lacrosse heads, mesh, strings, or other equipment used in our custom products. Manufacturer defects, breakage, cracking, warping, or other equipment failures may be subject to the original manufacturer's warranty policies.

Please note that dyeing or otherwise modifying a lacrosse head may affect or void the manufacturer's warranty. Lax Dude Dad LLC cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will honor a warranty claim on customized equipment.

Normal Wear & Damage

Lax Dude Dad LLC does not provide refunds or replacements for damage resulting from normal use, including but not limited to impacts, checks, faceoffs, ground balls, weather exposure, improper storage, excessive heat, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Once a lacrosse head has been used in practice, competition, training, or other play, it is considered used and non-returnable.

Order Issues

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While custom and used products cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind or preference, we take pride in our work and will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues with your order.
